What happens when I hit my quota?
On paid plans, nothing dramatic: you keep sending at $0.50 per 1,000 recipients, up to a 10x safety ceiling that support raises on request. We never hard-stop your password resets mid-month. The Free tier pauses at quota.
Is the free tier real sending?
Yes — 3,000 emails a month from your own verified domain, after a quick activation review (it keeps the spammers out, which keeps deliverability high for everyone). The simulator and sandbox work instantly, before any review.
Do broadcasts cost extra?
No. Audiences, contacts, and broadcasts are included in every plan and share your email quota. Elsewhere this is a second subscription that starts around $40/mo.
What counts as an email?
One recipient = one email: a send to three recipients counts as three. Simulator sends are free and count as zero.
How hard is migrating from Resend?
An afternoon. The API shapes are deliberately familiar, DNS verification takes minutes per domain, and the docs include the differences that matter. Your suppression list can be imported via the API.
